Dress Code

As part of our commitment to fostering a professional learning environment, students are expected to dress in business wear, which includes the following requirements:
 
• Blazer for all students
• Smart trousers or skirts
• Shirts or blouses
• Ties (optional for girls)
• Smart dresses
• Formal smart, plain jumpers
• Leather style shoes
• Religious attire worn with formal trousers (if applicable) and shoes
• ID card and sixth form lanyard to be worn at all times
Please note that the following items are not considered business wear and should not be worn:
 
• Jeans
• Leggings
• Trainers
• Hoodies
• Sweatshirts
• Polo shirts
• Sports or casual wear
• Outdoor wear
 
Our business wear policy is designed to help students feel professional while in a high-level educational environment and encourage them to be the best version of themselves. It also helps to prepare students for the world of work, which has been a focus of ours, as we introduce our professional curriculum that will sit alongside all formal qualifications.
 
Students in receipt of a bursary may use this fund to support the purchasing of any item of clothing required.
